We can’t wait to get started on your project! Ahead, we’ve mapped out all the deliverables for this project so you know what you’ll be receiving, a list of the brand assets that you’ll need to provide before we get started (see Client Responsibilities section), phases and the revision process so you can plan accordingly! This ensures every project is a major success from the start.
The Signature Sequence includes two automated email marketing campaigns, plus CRM integration for seamless setup and tracking.
Client Engagement Sequence
A 5-part automated email series designed to:
Remind current and potential clients about your offerings
Highlight your unique value and competitive edge
Showcase client wins or testimonials
Build trust and keep your brand top-of-mind
Holiday Promotions Sequence
A 5-part automated email series designed to:
Promote seasonal campaigns and time-sensitive offers
Encourage early planning around key holidays
Drive urgency and spark timely conversions
Keep your brand relevant throughout the year
We will:
Set up both sequences in your preferred CRM platform
Ensure automation workflows are functional and properly configured
Enable performance tracking (open rates, clicks, conversions)
Ensure campaigns are easy to update and adjust as your business evolves
Revision Rounds Included:
One (1) revision round for copywriting (covers all 10 emails)
One (1) revision round for CRM email formatting and setup
PRE-PROJECT CONSULTATION
Your project includes one (1) Visionary Kick-Off Call.
We’ll coordinate a mutually convenient time for this consultation via Zoom. The session must be scheduled within 10 business days of your payment and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
COST
The total cost for The Signature Sequence is $1,800.
This flat fee includes strategy, copywriting, setup, and integration for both email sequences. CRM platform fees are not included.
To begin your project, the following items must be submitted within 7 business days of your project start date*:
Completed Email Strategy Questionnaire (sent at checkout)
Brand voice guidelines and email tone preferences (if available)
Any specific product/service details, client success stories, or seasonal offers to include
Admin access to your CRM platform
*Note: The official project start date is the Visionary Kick-Off Call. We cannot begin until all required assets are received and access is granted.
To help you track where we are in your project and know what’s expected when, here’s a phase-by-phase breakdown of The Signature Sequence experience. This ensures we stay on schedule, within scope, and fully aligned at each stage.
Phase Completion Process: Each phase is broken down to ensure we’re all on the same page and remain within our project’s goal timeline.
Once a phase is complete, the deliverables and revision rounds within that phase are considered approved and finalized. However, if change requests are made after they have already been approved and considered complete, the new revisions will be charged at our $125 hourly rate.
Estimated Timeline: Week 1
Focus: Email Sequence Planning & Audience Alignment
What Happens:
Visionary creates a strategy for both email sequences
Messaging themes and campaign goals are mapped out
Client Deadlines:
Estimated Timeline: Weeks 2–3
Focus: Email Content Creation + CRM Setup
What Happens:
Visionary drafts 5 emails for each sequence (10 total)
Sequences are set up and configured inside your CRM
Email design structure (text + layout formatting) is implemented
Client Deadlines:
Review all draft emails and submit feedback within 3 business days of delivery.
Estimated Timeline: Week 4
Focus: Final Revisions & Campaign Activation
What Happens:
Client reviews test emails and live preview inside CRM
Up to 1 round of revisions made to email content or setup
Campaigns are finalized and scheduled or automated
Client Deadlines:
Submit any final revision requests within 3 business days of receiving test previews.
To keep your project on track and within scope, the following policies apply to all revision rounds:
This project includes one (1) revision round for each email sequence (Client Engagement + Holiday Promotions).
All revision requests must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving your drafts or test emails.
If no feedback is received by the deadline, the sequences will be considered approved and finalized.
Any additional revisions or changes requested after this point will be treated as a new scope of work and either:
Billed at $125/hour, or
Scoped as a separate add-on project, depending on complexity.
Revisions do not roll over across phases or sequences.
Reminder: Once content is approved and automation is set live in your CRM, any updates or rewrites are treated as new project work. Be sure to review your content thoroughly within the feedback window!
