Terms & Conditions

Business Card Design

We can’t wait to get started on your project! Ahead, we’ve mapped out all the deliverables for this project so you know what you’ll be receiving, a list of brand assets that you’ll need to provide before we get started (see Client Responsibilities section), phases, and the revision process so you can plan accordingly! This ensures every project is a major success from the start.  

SERVICE DELIVERABLES:

Business Card Design*

  • 3 professional business card design options (front and back).
  • Visionary Video Walkthrough showing the business card designs (we’ll send a Loom video to your email so you can watch at your convenience!)
  • Select one final design and we’ll create print-ready files for you! 
  • You’ll receive the Complete file suite (pdf, jpeg, and ai files). Up to 3 employees’ information formatted upon completion. 
  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions as needed. 

*This project is for our design services. We do not print business cards. 

COST

The total cost of all services Agency agrees to provide to Client on a one-time basis for Business Card Design (the “Total Cost”). Total Cost is inclusive of Agency’s Services, any setup time, and out-of-pocket costs,  administrative fees, assistance, and subcontractor costs.

Total Cost: $250

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

In order for the Agency to get started, the client must provide all of brand assets within 7-days of the project start date.*

This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Complete the Visionary Questionnaire (provided by Visionary Advantages via email once you sign up!)
  • Brand Guide (if you have one!)
  • All logo files
  • Employee information for up to 3 employees that we’ll be creating print-ready files for. (Full name, email, phone, any additional required information.)

*The official project start date is the Visionary Kick-Off Call date. Visionary Advantage Team cannot start projects until all brand assets are received and access is granted across all necessary platforms. 

PROCESSES, REVISIONS, & TIMELINES

To help you track where we are in your project and know what’s expected when, here’s a phase-by-phase breakdown of the Business Card Design experience. This structure keeps everything on track so we can create magic without delay!

Phase Completion Process: Each phase is broken down to ensure we’re all on the same page and remain within our project’s goal timeline.

Once a phase is complete, the projects within that phase and revision rounds are considered approved and completed. However, if change requests are made after they have already been approved and considered complete, the new revisions will be charged at our $125 hourly rate. 

PHASE 1: Brand Asset Collection & Design

Estimated Timeline: Weeks 1–2
Focus: Business Card Design

What Happens:

  • Client submits brand assets and questionnaire (see Client Responsibilities)
  • Once we have all your assets ready to go: we’ll start designing your business cards! This usually takes 7-10 business days 
  • We’ll create a Visionary Video Walkthrough of the  Business Cards and send them to your email for review

Client Deadlines:

  • Submit all brand assets within 7-days of signing up
  • Submit business card revision requests within 3 business days of receiving the designs

PHASE 2: Review & Finalize Business Cards

Estimated Timeline: Week 2-3 (subject to timely client feedback and approvals).
Focus: Final Review & Deliverables Delivered

What Happens:

  • Agency will send Client final Business Card file suite (ai source file, pdf, jpeg, png files.) 

  • Once the Business Cards are approved and files have been delivered, that phase of the project will be considered complete. Any major changes requested after this point will require a new scope of work.

LATE REVISION REQUESTS

  • To keep everything on track, it’s important to submit revision requests by the agreed upon deadline for each milestone. 

Revisions received after the deadline will incur an additional fee of $100 for every 5 business days past the deadline. This helps us keep the project moving efficiently! For example, if your revision request is due by October 10th and we don’t receive feedback until October 15th, a $100 fee would be applied. If revisions are received after October 20th, the fee would increase to $200. Fees for late revisions will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Late revisions may also impact the overall project timeline, which will be discussed as needed.

REVISION LIMITS AND FEES

For Business Card Design: We include up to 2 rounds of revisions for your selected final business card design at no additional cost. If more revisions come in after the outlined deadlines, a fee of $125 per hour will be applied to ensure we’re collectively staying within scope and delivering your project smoothly and on time.

If you choose not to use all 3 employee cards during this project, any unused card designs will not roll over once the project is complete. Each new request after project completion will be considered a new scope of work and billed at our hourly rate (see below).

Any future business card information updates—whether for additional employees or edits to existing employee cards—will be billed at our $85/hourly rate once this project is complete.

No rollover revisions or mock-up designs at any time.
