Facebook & Instagram Ad Creative Refresh

We can’t wait to get started on your project! Ahead, we’ve mapped out all the deliverables for this project so you know what you’ll be receiving, a list of brand assets that you’ll need to provide before we get started (see Client Responsibilities section), phases, and the revision process so you can plan accordingly! That way, we’re set up for a smooth process and standout results right from the start.

SERVICE DELIVERABLES:

Facebook & Instagram Ad Creative Refresh

  • 3 new ad graphics: motion (image + video element) or static designs

  • Updated caption copywriting

  • Technical adjustments (e.g. location targeting, demographics, interests)

  • New ad creative uploads

  • Up to two (2) revision rounds

COST:

The Total Cost includes all services provided by the Agency, including setup time, administrative fees, subcontractor support, and any associated costs.

Total Cost: $600*
Available by request only to clients currently working on digital ad campaigns with us.
*Monthly ad spend not included.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

In order for the Agency to get started, the client must provide all brand assets within 7 days of the project start date.*

This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Brand Guide (if you have one!)
  • All logo files
  • Ad requirements
  • Admin Access to Meta Business Account
  • Disclosure of any brand requirements upfront
  • Disclosure of any rules & regulations upfront

Visionary Advantages Team cannot start projects until all brand assets are received and access is granted across all necessary platforms. 

PROCESSES, REVISIONS, & TIMELINES

To help you track where we are in your project and know what’s expected when, here’s a phase-by-phase breakdown of the Facebook & Instagram Ad Creative Refresh experience. This structure keeps everything on track so we can create magic without delay!

Phase Completion Process: Each phase is broken down to ensure we’re all on the same page and remain within our project’s goal timeline.

Once a phase is complete, the projects within that phase and revision rounds are considered approved and completed. However, if change requests are made after they have already been approved and considered complete, the new revisions will be charged at our $125 hourly rate. 

PHASE 1: Brand Asset Collection & Design

Estimated Timeline: Weeks 1–2
Focus: Ad Creative Design

What Happens:

  • Client submits ad creative request.
  • Once we have all your assets ready to go, we’ll start designing your new ads. This usually takes 10–14 business days.
  • We’ll create a Visionary Video Walkthrough of the New Ad Creative and send them to your email for review.

Client Deadlines:

  • Submit all brand assets and creative direction within 7 days of signing up
  • Submit your final approval within 3 business days of receiving the designs

PHASE 2: Meta Upload & Backend Set-up

  • Estimated Timeline: Weeks 2-3 (subject to timely client feedback and approvals).
    Focus: Final Review & Deliverables Delivered

What Happens:

  • We’ll set up the initial A/B testing to identify the highest-performing creative, ensuring optimal ROI from your ad spend.
  • We’ll send the ads for final review.
Client Deadlines: 
  • Submit your final approval within 3 business days of receiving the designs, so we can move forward without delays.
 

Note: Once the New Ad Creative is approved and live, that phase of the project will be considered complete. Any major changes requested after this point will require a new scope of work.

LATE REVISION REQUESTS

To keep everything on track, it’s important to submit revision requests by the agreed upon deadline for each milestone. 

Revisions received after the deadline will incur a $100 fee for every 5 business days past the due date. This helps us keep the project moving efficiently! For example, if your revision request is due by October 10th and we don’t receive feedback until October 15th, a $100 fee would be applied. If revisions are received after October 20th, the fee would increase to $200. Fees for late revisions will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Late revisions may also impact the overall project timeline, which will be discussed as needed.

REVISION LIMITS AND FEES

We include up to two (2) rounds of revisions for your new ad creative updates at no additional cost. If more revisions come in after the outlined deadlines, a fee of $125 per hour will be applied to ensure we’re collectively staying within scope and delivering your project smoothly and on time.

No rollover revisions or mock-up designs at any time.
