Illuminating Website Design, à la carte: One or Five Page Design Options

*Requirement before starting: This project requires the brand to provide brand direction and assets. You can’t bake a cake without the ingredients, and it is the same for a Visionary Website!  If you do not have a brand guide already, we recommend starting here (we have a brand guide and brand sheet options!) 

Have the brand guide essentials set? AWESOME! We can’t wait to get started on your project! Ahead, we’ve mapped out all the deliverables for this project so you know what you’ll be receiving, a list of the brand assets that you’ll need to provide before we get started (see Client Responsibilities section), and the revision process so you can plan accordingly! This ensures every project is a major success from the start.  

SERVICE DELIVERABLES:

Visionary Website Review Sessions, which includes:

  • Visionary Kick-off Strategy Call (Onboarding call)
  • Website Design Review Calls

 

Website Design: 

  • Fully-designed WordPress Website (5 pages or 1 page, depending on the package you selected) with up to 2 revisions per page.
    • Includes Graphic Design, Copywriting, and Development.

 

PRE-PROJECT CONSULTATION

Agency shall provide Client with one Pre-Service consultation call. 

The Parties shall agree on an acceptable date and time for conducting the pre-Service consultation via Zoom. This consultation may be scheduled no later than 10 business days from the day the client sends through first payment and agrees to the terms and conditions. 

Total Cost for 1-Page Website: $2,500. 

Total Cost for 5-Page Website: $7,600. 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

In order for the Agency to get started, the client must provide all of brand assets within 7-days of the project start date.*

This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Complete the Visionary Questionnaire (provided by Visionary Advantages via email once you sign up!)
  • Brand Guidelines 
  • All logo files
  • Brand Colors 
  • Brand Fonts
  • Brand Graphics 
  • Photo Assets (including leadership headshots, if applicable)
  • Video Assets 
  • Full Admin Access to Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin
  • Admin Access to web domain URL & SSL certificate
  • Share Any Brand Requirements Up Front
  • Share Any Rules & Regulations Up Front

*The official project start date is the Visionary Kick-Off Call date. Visionary Advantage Team cannot start projects until all brand assets are received and access is granted across all necessary platforms. 

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

  • Home Page Design: Visionary Advantages will craft a professional, on-brand Home Page using your Brand Guidelines, provided assets, and insights from the Onboarding Questionnaire.
  • Initial Review: Once the first draft of your Home Page is ready, we’ll review it together so you can share feedback.
  • Revisions: You’ll have up to two rounds of revisions to fine-tune the design. To keep things moving smoothly, please send your feedback within three business days of receiving the design.
  • Designing the Remaining Pages: After the Home Page is finalized, we’ll use it as the foundation for designing the rest of your site. You’ll have a chance to review each page before we move forward with development. Each page includes up to two rounds of revisions. Once a page is approved for development, only minor updates—like swapping images or revising text—can be made. Major design changes (such as new sections or big color shifts) would require a separate scope of work.
  • Full Website Review: Once all pages are developed, we’ll present your full website for review.
  • Website Revisions: You’ll have up to two rounds of revisions after reviewing the full site. Please send all feedback within five business days of receiving the complete design.

LATE REVISION REQUESTS

To keep everything on track, it’s important to submit revision requests by the agreed upon deadline for each milestone. 

Revisions received after the deadline will incur an additional fee of $100 for every 5 business days past the deadline. This helps us keep the project moving efficiently! For example, if your revision request is due by October 10th and we don’t receive feedback until October 15th, a $100 fee would be applied. If revisions are received after October 20th, the fee would increase to $200. 

Late revisions may also impact the overall project timeline, which will be discussed as needed. 

*Fees for late revisions will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

REVISION LIMITS AND FEES

The Illuminating Website Design includes up to 2 revisions per design phase at no additional cost. If more revisions are needed or requests come in after the deadline, a fee of $125 per hour will be applied to ensure we’re collectively staying within scope and delivering your project smoothly and on time.
