Ecommerce Product Uploads

We can’t wait to get started on your project! Below, you’ll find a breakdown of everything included in your Ecommerce Product Upload package—deliverables, client responsibilities, phase timelines, and revision guidelines—so we can set expectations and make the process smooth from start to finish.

SERVICE DELIVERABLES:

Ecommerce Product Uploads Include: 

  • Number of individual product uploads will be confirmed with the Visionary team prior to project start.
  • Visionary will upload product listings using the provided information and photos.
  • All product details (including pricing, descriptions, variations, and images) must be provided by the Client in advance.

 

COST:

The total cost is determined by the quantity selected at checkout. Your purchase confirms the number of uploads included in your project.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

In order for our Visionary Team to begin the project, the client must provide all of the brand assets within 7-days of the project start date.*

This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Completed product questionnaire (we’ll send this at checkout)

  • Final product details for each item (title, description, pricing, variations, photos)

  • Shipping and fulfillment info

  • Any brand requirements or regulatory rules

  • Full admin access to your ecommerce platform

 

*Note: The official project start date is the Visionary Kick-Off Call. We cannot begin until all required assets are received and access is granted.

PROCESSES, REVISIONS, & TIMELINES

To help you track where we are in your project and know what’s expected when, here’s a phase-by-phase breakdown of the Ecommerce Product Uploads experience. This structure keeps everything on track so we can create magic without delay!

Phase Completion Process: Each phase is broken down to ensure we’re all on the same page and remain within our project’s goal timeline. Once a phase is complete, the projects within that phase and revision rounds are considered approved and completed. However, if change requests are made after they have already been approved and considered complete, the new revisions will be charged at our $125 hourly rate.

PHASE 1: Product Info Collection & Setup (Weeks 1-2)

Estimated Timeline: Weeks 1–2 (depends on the quantity purchased)
Focus: Product Alignment

What Happens:

  • Client submits brand assets, questionnaire, and access credentials (see Client Responsibilities)
  • Ecommerce Product Upload begins: products uploaded based on brand’s confirmed product details and information they provided at the beginning of the project.

Client Deadlines:

  • Submit all brand assets within 7 days of making your payment. 
 

PHASE 2: Digital Shop Upload & Client Review

Estimated Timeline: TBD based on quantity purchased
Focus: Online Store Product Updates

What Happens:

  • Uploads finalized and links sent to Client for review. 
  • Client to test website for final edits– for example, click around and make sure all buttons are functioning the way you want them to, make a test purchase, etc to ensure you are happy with the product’s functionalities. 
  • Up to 1 round of revisions as needed. 
  •  

Client Deadlines:

  • Submit revision requests within 3 business days of receiving the links to the Ecommerce Product Uploads.

 

Note: If we do not hear back for revision requests, the product uploads will be considered automatically approved.  Any edit requests after a product upload is approved is considered a new project. 

PRODUCT UPLOAD QUANTITY & TIMELINE

Quantity of product uploads will be discussed and confirmed before the start of the project. The amount of products uploaded will affect the project’s timeline. This timeline will be discussed before the start of the project so we known when to expect the project to be complete.

Once the product specifications are confirmed, all new products and changes are considered a new scope and will be charged at either our $125/hourly rate or as a new project. For example, if you send us all the information and our team has already started setting up your confirmed product, making any changes will be considered a new project. 

REVISION DEADLINES & APPROVAL PROCESS

  • This project includes 1 revision round.

  • All revision requests must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the product upload links.

  • If no feedback is received within that window, the uploads will be marked as approved and finalized.

  • Any additional revisions or product changes after approval will be scoped as a new project or billed at $125/hour.

  • No replacements or product swaps can be made after the project begins.

  • Revisions do not roll over between phases.

The project begins once we receive your payment, brand assets, and completed questionnaire. If the Client decides to change a product after the project has already begun, the product is considered to be a new scope and additional product upload. Replacement products or item swaps are not permitted once the project is in progress. The project begins as soon as we receive a confirmation that we have received all the brand assets and questionnaire listed in the Client Responsibilities section. 

Once a deliverable has been approved and confirmed by the brand, that part of the project is considered complete. Revision rounds do not roll over at any time. 

RUSH REQUESTS

If you anticipate needing expedited turnaround outside of the project timeline, let us know in advance. Rush fees may apply depending on availability and scope.

IMAGE FORMAT/QUALITY CLAUSE

Product images must be submitted in high-resolution format (JPEG or PNG). Visionary is not responsible for low-quality or pixelated uploads due to client-submitted files.

PLATFORM LIMITATION CLAUSE

This package covers product uploads to your existing ecommerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). Custom code or theme changes are not included unless scoped separately.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The official start date of the project begins on the next business day after receiving payment. 

Due to the highly customized nature of our services and the significant upfront strategy, design, and development work performed, no refunds will be provided once the project is underway.
