Google Ad Systems Set-up

We can’t wait to get started on your project! Ahead, we’ve mapped out all the deliverables for each Google Ad Systems Set-Up so you know what you’ll be receiving, a list of the brand assets that you’ll need to provide before we get started (see Client Responsibilities), phases and the revision process so you can plan accordingly! This ensures every project is a major success from the start.

Landing Page Creation

    • Includes custom design, persuasive copywriting, and responsive development

Dynamic Google Ad Copy Optimization

  • Conversion-driven copy tailored to your audience

  • A/B-tested ad variations for headlines and subheadlines

SEO Keyword Strategy & Targeting

  • Research of up to 3 keywords

  • Audience segmentation and performance-based targeting

CRM & Payment Processor Integration

  • Connection to CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) 

Alternative…

  • eCommerce setup for payment processors (if applicable)

Conversion Tracking Setup

  • Google Tag Manager & Analytics implementation

  • Event tracking for clicks, leads, and purchases

Note: This package does not include Google Ads budget. Clients must fund ads directly via their Google Ad Account.

 
 

Pre-Project Consultation

Agency shall provide Client with one Google Ad Strategy Session. 

The Parties shall agree on an acceptable date and time for conducting the Google Ad Strategy Session via Zoom. This consultation may be scheduled no later than 10 business days from the day the client sends through first payment and agrees to the terms and conditions. 

COST

The total cost of all services Agency agrees to provide to Client on a one-time basis for the Google Ad Systems Set-Up  (the “Total Cost”). Total Cost is inclusive of Agency’s Services, any setup time, and out-of-pocket costs,  administrative fees, assistance, and subcontractor costs.

PAYMENT TERMS: This is a one-time project, and full payment is collected via our secure checkout form prior to project start. By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the full terms and conditions page. You acknowledge that work will not begin until payment has been submitted and we receive assets requested in the Client Responsibilities section.

Total Cost: $4,000 (one-time set-up)

Note: The $4,000 project fee does not include your Google advertising budget. Clients are responsible for funding their ad spend directly through their Google Ad Account. We’ll assist with configuration and setup as part of this package, but clients are responsible for connecting their payment method within their Google Ad Account. Does not include ongoing monthly management.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure a smooth project, the client must provide all brand assets within 7 days of the project start date.*

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Complete the Visionary Questionnaire (provided via email upon signup)
  • Brand Guidelines 
  • All logo files
  • Brand Colors 
  • Brand Fonts
  • Brand Graphics 
  • Photo Assets
  • Video Assets 
  • Full Admin Access to your Google Ad Account.
  • Admin Access to website and CRM (if applicable)
  • Share Any Brand Requirements Up Front
  • Share Any Rules & Regulations Up Front

*The official project start date is the date of the Google Ad Strategy Session. The Visionary Advantages Team cannot commence work until all brand assets are received and access is granted across all necessary platforms.

PROCESSES, REVISIONS, & TIMELINES

To help you track where we are in your project and know what’s expected when, here’s a phase-by-phase breakdown of the Google Ad Systems Set-Up experience. This structure keeps everything on track so we can create magic without delay!

Phase Completion Process: Each phase is broken down to ensure we’re all on the same page and remain within our project’s goal timeline. Once a phase is complete, the projects within that phase and revision rounds are considered approved and completed. However, if change requests are made after they have already been approved and considered complete, the new revisions will be charged at our $125 hourly rate. 

PHASE 1: Strategy & Setup (Weeks 1–2)

Estimated Timeline: Weeks 1–2
Focus: Ad Campaign Alignment

What Happens:

    • Google Ad Strategy Session Call (1)
    • Client submits brand assets, questionnaire, and access credentials (see Client Responsibilities)
    • Once we have all your assets ready to go: 
      • Landing page design begins
      • SEO research begins

Client Deadlines:

  • Submit all brand assets within 7 days of the Kick-off Call
  • Confirm ad campaign focus on Strategy Session Call

PHASE 2: Finalize Creative Assets & Tech Set-Up (Weeks 3-4)

Estimated Timeline: Weeks 3-4
Focus: Finalize Creative Assets and Technical Set-Up

What Happens:

  • We’ll continue developing your creative content (landing page and ad copywriting) and send it over for review. You’ll receive up to 2 revision rounds for landing page design and ad captions.
  • Once your ad copy is approved, our team will complete the technical setup of your Google Ads account.
  • We’ll then connect your CRM to the campaign and configure Google Tag Manager and Analytics for lead tracking.

Client Deadlines:

  • Provide feedback within 3 business days of receiving final creative content.
  • Approve audience targeting set-up within 3 business days of receiving. 
  • Confirm CRM set-up within 3 business days of receiving our confirmation it is complete. 

Note: Once a deliverable has been approved and confirmed by the brand, that part of the project is considered complete. Additional edits after approval require a separate scope of work.

Campaign Launch Timeline

You have 7 calendar days to launch once we reach the end of the project. If you’re not ready to launch and want to delay the ‘go live’ date, the launch will then be considered client-led and Visionary Advantages is no longer responsible for launching the campaign within this project’s scope. 

If you need help launching at a later time, we are always here to help! For delayed launches, we offer ongoing support plans and hourly assistance projects. 

LATE REVISION REQUESTS

To keep everything on track, it’s important to submit revision requests by the agreed upon deadline for each phase.

Clients are responsible for meeting all feedback deadlines. If additional time is needed, please notify us in advance to request a formal extension.

Revisions received after the deadline will incur an additional fee of $100 for every 5 business days past the deadline. This helps us keep the project moving efficiently! For example, if your revision request is due by October 10th and we don’t receive feedback until October 15th, a $100 fee would be applied. If revisions are received after October 20th, the fee would increase to $200. Fees for late revisions will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Late revisions may also impact the overall project timeline. 

REVISION LIMITS AND FEES

Each design phase includes up to 2 revision rounds. Should additional revisions be needed beyond the included rounds, or if requests are submitted after the approval deadline, they will be billed at $125 per hour. This helps us maintain a focused workflow that allows us to deliver the project on time.

Revision rounds do not roll over at any time. 

Once a deliverable has been approved and confirmed by the brand, that part of the project is considered complete. Additional edits after approval require a separate scope of work.
