Terms & Conditions

The Lead Leader

We can’t wait to get started on your project! Ahead, we’ve mapped out all the deliverables for this project so you know what you’ll be receiving, a list of the brand assets that you’ll need to provide before we get started (see Client Responsibilities), phases and the revision process so you can plan accordingly! This ensures every project is a major success from the start.  

SERVICE DELIVERABLES:

Make the most of your hard earned leads! We’ll create a conversion-focused email sequence that will follow up and highlight your promotion, showcase success stories, and offer compelling reasons for clients to choose your services. This email funnel will strengthen your ad campaign and turn those cold leads into action-takers.

The Lead Leader

Visionary Kick-off Strategy Call: Onboarding call (1)

Automated Email Sequence

  • 8 custom automated emails designed to nurture and convert leads.
  • Copy highlights your unique value, offers, and real-world success
  • Includes 1 round of revisions

CRM Integration & Set-Up

  • Setup of the email sequence inside your CRM platform

  • Automations built so the campaign runs on autopilot

Note: This package does not include any third-party software fees (such as your CRM platform, email tool, or Zapier). Clients are responsible for those external costs.

PRE-PROJECT CONSULTATION

Agency shall provide Client with one Pre-Project consultation. 

The Parties shall agree on an acceptable date and time for conducting the Visionary Kick-Off Call, which is the pre-project consultation, via Zoom. This consultation may be scheduled no later than 10 business days from the day the client sends through first payment and agrees to the terms and conditions. 

COST

The total cost of all services Agency agrees to provide to Client on a one-time basis for The Lead Leader (the “Total Cost”). Total Cost is inclusive of Agency’s Services, any setup time, and out-of-pocket costs,  administrative fees, assistance, and subcontractor costs.

Total Cost: $1,800 (one-time set-up)

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure a smooth project, the client must provide all brand assets within 7 days of the project start date.*

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Complete the Visionary Questionnaire (provided via email upon signup)
  • Brand Guidelines
  • All logo files
  • Brand Colors
  • Brand Fonts
  • Brand Graphics
  • Photo Assets
  • Full Admin Access to your email provider, CRM, and any automation softwares (Zapier, for example)
  • Share Any Brand Requirements Up Front
  • Share Any Rules & Regulations Up Front

*The official project start date is the date of the Visionary Kick-Off Call. The Visionary Advantages Team cannot commence work until all brand assets are received and access is granted across all necessary platforms. If your brand has existing materials in any of the above categories, please provide them. If you do not, our team will create them as part of this project.

PROCESSES, REVISIONS, & TIMELINES

To help you track where we are in your project and know what’s expected when, here’s a phase-by-phase breakdown of The Lead Leader experience. This structure keeps everything on track so we can create magic without delay!

Phase Completion Process: Each phase is broken down to ensure we’re all on the same page and remain within our project’s goal timeline. Once a phase is complete, the projects within that phase and revision rounds are considered approved and completed. However, if change requests are made after they have already been approved and considered complete, the new revisions will be charged at our $125 hourly rate. 

PHASE 1: Strategy & Setup (Weeks 1–3)

Estimated Timeline: Weeks 1–3
Focus: Brand Alignment

What Happens:

    • Visionary Kick-off Call (Up to 60 minutes)
    • Client submits brand assets, questionnaire, and access credentials (see Client Responsibilities)
    • Email copywriting begins: email content/themes are based on brand’s approved direction, given on Visionary Kick-off Call

Client Deadlines:

  • Submit all brand assets within 7 days of the Kick-off Call
  • Confirm email campaign themes on Kick-off Call

PHASE 2: Campaign Touch-Ups (Week 3-4)

Estimated Timeline: Week 3-4
Focus: Campaign Touch-Ups

What Happens:

  • We’ll send you the email campaign for your review
  • Up to 1 revision round for the email campaign
  • Revised campaign sent to Client for final approval

Client Deadlines:

  • Submit feedback within 3 business days of receiving each milestone deliverable
  • Approve email campaign before CRM integration and Setup begins

Note: Any additional revisions requested after approval will be treated as a new project scope and billed accordingly.

PHASE 3: Automation Set-Up (Week 4)

Focus: Automation Set-Up

What Happens:

  • Once the email campaign is approved, we’ll set-up your CRM integration to automate your email campaign. 

Client Deadlines:

  • Approve each phase to avoid delays
  • Submit feedback within 3 business days of receiving each milestone deliverable

*Once a deliverable has been approved and confirmed by the brand, that part of the project is considered complete.

LATE REVISION REQUESTS

To keep everything on track, it’s important to submit revision requests by the agreed upon deadline for each phase. 

Revisions received after the deadline will incur an additional fee of $100 for every 5 business days past the deadline. This helps us keep the project moving efficiently! For example, if your revision request is due by October 10th and we don’t receive feedback until October 15th, a $100 fee would be applied. If revisions are received after October 20th, the fee would increase to $200. Fees for late revisions will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Late revisions may also impact the overall project timeline. 

REVISION LIMITS AND FEES

The email campaign writing phase includes up to 1 revision round. Should additional revisions be needed beyond the included rounds, or if requests are submitted after the approval deadline, they will be billed at $125 per hour. This helps us maintain a focused workflow that allows us to deliver the project on time.

Revision rounds do not roll over at any time. 

Once a deliverable has been approved and confirmed by the brand, that part of the project is considered complete.

Any additional revisions requested after approval will be treated as a new project scope and billed accordingly.
