Ongoing Campaign Management

We can’t wait to get started on your project! Ahead, we’ve mapped out all the deliverables for your Ongoing Campaign Management so you know what you’ll be receiving, a list of the brand assets that you’ll need to provide before we get started (see Client Responsibilities), phases and the revision process so you can plan accordingly! This ensures every project is a major success from the start.  

SERVICE DELIVERABLES:

We’ll ensure your ad campaigns stay on track for optimal performance and steadily improving ROI.

Continuous Campaign Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Regular oversight of social media ad performance and budget allocation

  • Ongoing A/B testing adjustments to ensure top-performing creatives are prioritized

  • Daily* weekday monitoring to ensure campaign stability and momentum

Technical & Strategic Adjustments:

  • Regular updates to audience targeting and technical configurations

  • Periodic strategy refinement based on performance insights

Reporting & Communication:

  • Detailed monthly performance reports

  • One optional monthly review session (1) to align on next steps and strategy tweaks

    • Sessions must be used within the same billing cycle. Unused sessions do not roll over.

Note: “Daily” monitoring refers to weekday check-ins during standard business hours. This package does not include the cost of ad spend, the creation of new ad creatives, or full management of your ad account billing settings.

PRE-PROJECT CONSULTATION

Agency shall provide Client with one Pre-Project consultation. 

The Parties shall agree on an acceptable date and time for conducting the Visionary Kick-Off Call, which is the pre-project consultation, via Zoom. This consultation may be scheduled no later than 10 business days from the day the client sends through first payment and agrees to the terms and conditions. 

COST

The total cost of all services Agency agrees to provide to Client on a monthly recurring basis for the Ongoing Campaign Management (the “Total Cost”). Total Cost is inclusive of Agency’s Services, any setup time, and out-of-pocket costs,  administrative fees, assistance, and subcontractor costs.

Monthly Total Cost: $1,250

Note: The $1,250 monthly service fee does not include your Facebook/Instagram advertising budget. Clients are responsible for funding their ad spend directly through their Facebook Ad Account. We’ll assist with account configuration and connection, but clients must ensure their payment method is active and up to date.

Visionary Advantages is not responsible for any delays, restrictions, or campaign pauses caused by Facebook/Instagram platform issues, flagged content, or account limitations.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure a smooth project, the client must provide all brand assets within 7 days of the project start date.*

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Full Admin Access to your Social Media Platforms where your ads will run.
  • Admin Access to website and CRM (if applicable)
  • Share Any Brand Requirements Up Front
  • Share Any Rules & Regulations Up Front

*The official project start date is the date of the Visionary Kick-Off Call. The Visionary Advantages Team cannot commence work until all brand assets are received and access is granted across all necessary platforms.

REVIEW SESSION & REVISION LIMITATIONS

Review sessions must be used within the same billing cycle. Unused sessions do not roll over or accumulate, and cannot be transferred to future months.

Once a deliverable has been approved and confirmed by the brand, that part of the project is considered complete. Additional edits after approval require a separate scope of work.
