Terms & Conditions

Professional Brand Presentation Deck

We can’t wait to get started on your project! Ahead, we’ve mapped out all the deliverables for this project so you know what you’ll be receiving, a list of brand assets that you’ll need to provide before we get started (see Client Responsibilities section), phases and the revision process so you can plan accordingly! This ensures every project is a major success from the start.

  • Up to 3 rounds of revisions

Note: This project is for our design services. We do not print presentation decks or coordinate with 3rd party vendors.

COST

The total cost of all services Agency agrees to provide to Client on a one-time basis for the Professional Brand Presentation Deck (the “Total Cost”). Total Cost is inclusive of Agency’s Services, any setup time, and out-of-pocket costs,  administrative fees, assistance, and subcontractor costs.

Total Cost for Professional Brand Presentation Deck: $3,000.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

In order for the Agency to get started, the client must provide all of brand assets within 7-days of the project start date.*

This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Complete the Visionary Questionnaire (provided by Visionary Advantages via email once you sign up!)
  • Brand Guide (if you have one!)
  • All logo files
  • Brand Colors & Font Preferences
  • All photos required.
  • All copywriting content information up front.
  • All design requirements up front.
  • If requesting editable files, please notify us before final approval.
  • If you are printing this presentation, please provide your printer’s requirements.

*The official project start date is the Visionary Kick-Off Call date. Visionary Advantage Team cannot start projects until all brand assets are received. 

PROCESSES, REVISIONS, & TIMELINES

To help you track where we are in your project and know what’s expected when, here’s a phase-by-phase breakdown of this experience. This structure keeps everything on track so we can create magic without delay!

Phase Completion Process: Each phase is broken down to ensure we’re all on the same page and remain within our project’s goal timeline.

Once a phase is complete, the projects within that phase and revision rounds are considered approved and completed. However, if change requests are made after they have already been approved and considered complete, the new revisions will be charged at our $125 hourly rate. 

PHASE 1: Strategy & Setup (Weeks 1–2)

Estimated Timeline: Weeks 1–2
Focus: Brand Alignment

What Happens:

  • Visionary Kick-Off Call (Up to 60 minutes)
  • Client submits brand assets and questionnaire (see Client Responsibilities)
  • Once we have all your assets ready to go: we’ll start designing your presentation deck!
  • We’ll send 2 sample style options for your review (about 5 slides each) 
  • You’ll select one sample style to move forward with. This ensures we’re on the same page for design aesthetic before designing the rest of the presentation deck.

Client Deadlines:

  • Submit all brand assets within 7-days of the Kick-off Call
  • Review the 2 sample style options. 
  • Client to confirm design direction for the presentation deck within 3 business days of receiving.

PHASE 2: Design & Copywriting (Weeks 2-3)

Estimated Timeline: Weeks 2-3
Focus: Presentation Development

What Happens:

  • Once the direction is confirmed, the Visionary Team will continue the design and copywriting process for the rest of the presentation deck.

  • Once we’re ready for review, we’ll email you a calendar link to schedule a call to go over the deck together. 
  • Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions.

Client Deadlines:

  • Review the Professional Brand Presentation Deck.  We can schedule review calls or email you the presentation deck if preferred, after the first runthrough together. Up to 3 revision rounds total. 
  • Client to send revision feedback within 3 business days of receiving each round of revisions.

PHASE 3: Final Approval & File Delivery (Weeks 3)

Estimated Timeline: Week 3
Focus: Final Polish & Production File Delivery

What Happens:

  • Agency will send Client final Professional Brand Presentation Deck pdf.

  • Once the Professional Brand Presentation Deck is approved and files have been delivered, that phase of the project will be considered complete. Any major changes requested after this point will require a new scope of work and will be billed at $125/hour.

LATE REVISION REQUESTS

To keep everything on track, it’s important to submit revision requests by the agreed upon deadline for each milestone. 

Revisions received after the deadline will incur an additional fee of $100 for every 5 business days past the deadline. This helps us keep the project moving efficiently! For example, if your revision request is due by October 10th and we don’t receive feedback until October 15th, a $100 fee would be applied. If revisions are received after October 20th, the fee would increase to $200. Fees for late revisions will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Late revisions may also impact the overall project timeline, which will be discussed as needed. 

REVISION LIMITS AND FEES

For the Professional Brand Presentation Deck: We include up to 3 revision rounds at no additional cost. Once a deliverable has been approved and confirmed by your brand, that part of the project is considered complete. Any new revision requests after final approval will require a new scope of work and will be billed at $125/hour. This ensures we’re collectively staying within scope and delivering your project smoothly and on time. There are no rollover revisions for unused revision rounds at any time. 

FAQ

Can I add more slides after final approval?
Any additional slides requested after final project approval will require a new project scope and will be billed at $125/hour or a project-based rate, depending on the number of slides needed.

Can I request the deck in editable format (PPT/Google Slides)?
Your project includes a final PDF. If you’d like editable files, please notify us before project completion. Editable files are available for an additional $250 and provided in PowerPoint or Google Slides format. Editable files are not included by default.

What if I need help figuring out how to print the presentation deck?

This project is for our design services. We do not print presentation decks or coordinate with 3rd party vendors. Visionary Advantages is not responsible for any print outcomes, color discrepancies, or 3rd party printer errors. It is the client’s responsibility to provide correct printer specifications in advance if the deck will be printed.
