We can’t wait to get started on your project! Ahead, we’ve mapped out all the deliverables for this project so you know what you’ll be receiving, a list of brand assets that you’ll need to provide before we get started (see Client Responsibilities section), and the revision process so you can plan accordingly! This ensures every project is a major success from the start.
*This project is for our design services. We do not print presentation decks.
COST
The total cost of all services Agency agrees to provide to Client on a one-time basis for the Professional Brand Presentation Deck (the “Total Cost”). Total Cost is inclusive of Agency’s Services, any setup time, and out-of-pocket costs, administrative fees, assistance, and subcontractor costs.
Total Cost for Professional Brand Presentation Deck : $3,000.
In order for the Agency to get started, the client must provide all of brand assets within 7-days of the project start date.*
This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
*The official project start date is the Visionary Kick-Off Call date. Visionary Advantage Team cannot start projects until all brand assets are received and access is granted across all necessary platforms.
Professional Brand Presentation Deck: Our Team will design and develop 2 sample style options (up to 5 slides each) based on the Brand Questionnaire, brand assets, content and requirements provided.
2 Designs will be shared with Client for review.
Brand to select 1 out of the 2 design options to move forward with.
Once the direction is confirmed, the Visionary Team will continue to design the rest of the presentation deck.
Revisions: One review meeting on Zoom to go over sample designs, up to 30 minutes.
Includes up to 2 additional rounds of revisions after the initial Zoom review call. Client must submit revision requests and feedback within five business days of receiving deck designs.
Once the deck revisions are finalized and approved, we’ll then export and provide the file access needed.
To keep everything on track, it’s important to submit revision requests by the agreed upon deadline for each milestone.
Revisions received after the deadline will incur an additional fee of $100 for every 5 business days past the deadline. This helps us keep the project moving efficiently! For example, if your revision request is due by October 10th and we don’t receive feedback until October 15th, a $100 fee would be applied. If revisions are received after October 20th, the fee would increase to $200.
Late revisions may also impact the overall project timeline, which will be discussed as needed.
*Fees for late revisions will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
For the Professional Brand Presentation Deck: We include up to 2 revisions after our review call at no additional cost. If more revisions are needed or requests come in after the deadline, a fee of $125 per hour will be applied to ensure we’re collectively staying within scope and delivering your project smoothly and on time.
