We’re excited to help you attract organic traffic, outshine your competition, and position your brand as a trusted expert in your space. Below, you’ll find a full breakdown of your deliverables, timelines, client responsibilities, and our revision policies so we can collaborate smoothly and successfully from day one.

The SEO Blog Spotlight is a monthly content marketing engagement designed to strengthen your brand’s SEO, content strategy, and visibility in search results—without relying solely on paid ads.
Visionary Strategy Session
One (1) 90-minute executive session to align blog content with your brand goals and audience.
Strategy will focus on sustainable growth, traffic-building opportunities, and SEO-driven content planning.
Research Reports
Competitor Research Reports (Up to 6, which is completed in month 1):
Using advanced SEO tools, we’ll provide insights into what’s working for your top competitors so we can strategically position your brand to outperform them in search rankings.Comprehensive Keyword Reports (Up to 10, completed in month 1):
Tailored keyword research based on your brand, industry, and content goals—ensuring your content targets what your customers are actually searching for.

To keep the content strategy agile and performance-focused, the first month is dedicated to foundational SEO setup. From there, ongoing monthly deliverables include:
Live Monthly Performance Updates
One monthly touch-base to review blog performance, trends, and identify strategic pivots as needed.
Monthly SEO-Optimized Blog Posts
Four (4) blog posts per month
Custom-written by a real SEO copywriting specialist (not AI-generated)
Content will be written with high-ranking structure and keywords to attract traffic
Includes:
Strategy-backed topics based on keyword research and competitor insights
A branded featured graphic for each blog
Optional upload to your website
Google Search Console indexing for visibility
Cost:
The total cost for SEO Blog Spotlight is $2,850/month.
This includes:
Monthly strategy session
Competitor and keyword research (one-time for each)
Content calendar (1)
Four (4) fully optimized blog posts
Branded graphics
Uploads and indexing (as applicable)
Note: Hosting fees, SEO software subscriptions, or other platform fees are not included unless explicitly stated.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To keep the project moving efficiently, the following must be provided:
Completion of the SEO Onboarding Questionnaire
Brand voice guidelines, approved logo and imagery (if available)
Admin access to your website and Google Search Console (if opting for uploads/indexing)
Approval of strategy direction and blog content within the agreed timeline
Communication of brand updates, seasonal themes, or promotions to inform content
Note: Monthly billing begins on the first business day following payment and acceptance of these terms. The project will kick off with your Visionary Strategy Session.
PROCESSES, REVISIONS, & TIMELINES
To help you track where we are in your project and know what’s expected when, here’s a phase-by-phase breakdown of The Signature Sequence experience. This ensures we stay on schedule, within scope, and fully aligned at each stage.
Phase Completion Process: Each phase is broken down to ensure we’re all on the same page and remain within our project’s goal timeline.
Once a phase is complete, the deliverables and revision rounds within that phase are considered approved and finalized. However, if change requests are made after they have already been approved and considered complete, the new revisions will be treated as out of scope and billed at $125/hour or scoped as a separate project, depending on complexity.
Phase 1: Visionary Strategy Session
Estimated Timeline: Week 1
Focus: SEO Alignment + Campaign Goals
What Happens:
- Strategy call scheduled
- Keyword goals and content themes set
- Campaign direction approved
Client Deadline:
- Schedule and attend the strategy session within 5 business days of payment.
Phase 2: Research & Content Mapping
Estimated Timeline: Weeks 2-3
Focus: Competitor Insights + Content Calendar
What Happens:
Competitor and keyword research delivered
Monthly blog topics finalized
Content calendar sent for approval
Client Deadline:
Approve content calendar within 3 business days of delivery
Phase 3: Blog Content Creation
Focus: Copywriting + Graphics
What Happens:
Four blog posts written
Branded graphic created
Drafts sent for client review
Client Deadline:
Submit revision requests within 3 business days of receiving drafts
Phase 4: Upload & Indexing
Focus: Optional Site Publishing
What Happens:
Posts uploaded (if access provided)
Indexing submitted via Google Search Console
Live blog links delivered
Client Deadline:
Approve final drafts and upload preferences by the end of Week 4
Please note: This offer includes uploading and indexing services only. Technical troubleshooting or support for your website, hosting provider, or third-party platforms is outside the scope of this agreement and will be billed separately if requested.
REVISION LIMITS, LATE FEEDBACK & FEES
This project includes:
One (1) round of copy revisions per blog post
Feedback must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving each draft
Revisions do not roll over to the next cycle
If no feedback is received within the revision window, blog content will be considered approved and finalized
Additional changes are billed at $125/hour or scoped separately
Once blog posts are approved and published, any changes will be billed as new scope or added to the next month’s deliverables.
