Below, you’ll find a detailed breakdown of what’s included, how each monthly campaign is structured, your role in the process, and the revision policy so we can create big results together—smoothly and successfully.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To keep everything running smoothly and on time, the following are required:
Completion of the SEO Onboarding Questionnaire
Brand voice guidelines, approved logos, and visual assets (as available)
Admin access to your website, Google Search Console, and email/CRM platform (if applicable)
Approval of monthly content within the agreed-upon deadlines
Timely updates on brand promotions, product launches, or seasonal campaigns
Monthly billing begins on the first business day following payment and acceptance of these terms. The project will kick off with your Visionary Strategy Session.
PROCESSES, REVISIONS, & TIMELINES
To help you track where we are in your project and know what’s expected when, here’s a phase-by-phase breakdown of SEO Blog Spotlight Pro experience. This ensures we stay on schedule, within scope, and fully aligned at each stage.
Phase Completion Process: Each phase is broken down to ensure we’re all on the same page and remain within our project’s goal timeline.
Once a phase is complete, the deliverables and revision rounds within that phase are considered approved and finalized. However, if change requests are made after they have already been approved and considered complete, the new revisions will be treated as out of scope and billed at $125/hour or scoped as a separate project, depending on complexity.
Phase 1: Strategy Alignment
Estimated Timeline: Week 1
Focus: Campaign Direction, Promotions, Blog Planning
Monthly call to review performance + upcoming campaigns
Finalize blog themes, email goals, and social angles
Confirm audience segments and promotional calendar
Client Deadline:
Attend strategy session or submit required updates via email by Day 5 of the new month
Phase 2: Content Creation
Estimated Timeline: Week 2-3
Focus: Blog Writing, Email Copy, Social Media Drafts
4 blog posts drafted
8 promotional emails written
12 social media posts written
Graphics created for each blog and social post
Client Deadline:
Submit any revision requests within 3 business days of delivery
Phase 3: Build & Upload
Estimated Timeline: Week 3
Focus: Publishing + Campaign Setup
Upload blogs to your site (optional)
Index blog posts in Google Search Console (optional)
Load emails and social posts into your systems for publishing
Client Deadline:
Approve drafts and confirm publishing logistics by Day 15 of the month
Phase 4: Final Review & Launch
Estimated Timeline: Week 4
Focus: Final Edits + Go Live
Final round of edits (1 round per content type)
Content published and scheduled
Client Deadline:
Submit final feedback and confirm launch by Day 20
REVISION LIMITS, FEEDBACK WINDOWS & LATE FEES
Revisions Included:
1 round of edits per blog post
1 round of edits per email
1 round of edits per social post
Important Notes:
Feedback is due within 3 business days of each content delivery
Content is considered approved if no feedback is received by the deadline
Revisions do not roll over
- Additional edits are billed at $125/hour or scoped separately
- Post-approval updates are billed separately
Reminder: Any content updates requested after approval will be billed separately or added to the following month’s scope.

This is a monthly recurring service.
Requires 30-day written notice to cancel.
Early cancellations are not eligible for prorated refunds.
Missed deadlines by client may impact timeline or result in additional fees.
