We can’t wait to get started on your project! Ahead, we’ve mapped out all the deliverables for this project so you know what you’ll be receiving, a list of the brand assets that you’ll need to provide before we get started (see Client Responsibilities section), phases and the revision process so you can plan accordingly! This ensures every project is a major success from the start.
The Inbox Advantage is a monthly email marketing engagement focused on strategy, segmentation, content creation, and CRM integration.
Each month includes the following core deliverables:
Customized Email Sequence:
Designed to speak directly to your audience’s interests and buying behaviors.
Monthly Strategy Sessions:
One strategy call per month to review results, adjust tactics, and refine goals based on performance data.
Seasonal Plan Creation:
Strategic mapping of email themes around major shopping periods and industry trends.
Segmented Outreach:
Audience groups organized for more personalized, relevant communication that drives results.
Batch Targeting:
Audience is organized into manageable groups to support deliverability and engagement.
Deliverability Strategy:
Implementation of best practices to improve open rates and reduce bounce rates across campaigns.
Engaging Content:
Each month, Visionary will create and launch one (1) 5-part email sequence designed to engage your audience and drive conversions. These sequences may include promotional series, nurture campaigns, product spotlights, or other strategic messaging based on your goals and seasonal calendar.
Brand Consistency:
All emails reflect your voice, tone, and brand look for a seamless customer experience.
Seamless Setup:
Monthly campaigns are built, tested, and automated directly within your preferred CRM.
Includes scheduling, testing, and reporting setup for each campaign.
The total cost for The Inbox Advantage is $1,150/month.
This includes:
A custom 5-part email sequence delivered each month
Monthly strategy sessions
Copywriting, segmentation, CRM setup, and campaign management
Note: CRM platform fees (if applicable) are not included.
To keep your project moving smoothly, the following items must be provided at the start of the engagement and updated as needed throughout the 12-month period:
Completion of the Email Strategy Onboarding Form
Access to brand assets (logo, brand voice/tone guidelines, any templates or preferred visual elements)
Admin access to your CRM or email platform
Timely submission of seasonal promotions, offers, or announcements
Communication of goals/feedback by the agreed deadlines so we can create emails that make a big return for you!
Note: Monthly billing begins on the first business day following payment and acceptance of these terms. The project itself will begin with your Visionary Kick-Off Call.
To help you stay informed and aligned throughout your engagement, here’s an overview of how we structure each monthly cycle in The Inbox Advantage. This system ensures every campaign is delivered on time, optimized, and aligned with your goals—so we can create results-driven magic every month.
Phase Completion Process
Each monthly cycle is divided into key phases, including strategy, content creation, setup, and review. This approach keeps everything organized and flowing smoothly.
Once a phase is marked complete, all deliverables and included revision rounds for that month are considered approved and finalized.
Any edits or change requests submitted after final approval will be treated as out of scope and billed at $125/hour or scoped as a separate project, depending on complexity.
Each month is structured to maximize strategy, creativity, and performance. Here’s how we break it down:
Estimated Timeline: Week 1
Focus: Alignment, Audience Targeting, & Monthly Theme Development
What Happens:
Monthly Strategy Session (monthly calls are optional- we’ll create a 12-month plan during onboarding)
Review of previous campaign results (if applicable)
Finalize campaign goal for the month (promotion, nurture, announcement, etc.)
Confirm seasonal tie-ins, offers, or key dates
Audience segment planning (if needed)
Client Responsibilities:
Share any promotions, seasonal messaging, or audience updates before or during the session
Approve the direction of the campaign so we can begin content development. Please provide feedback within 3 business days.
Estimated Timeline: Week 2
Focus: 5-Part Email Sequence Copywriting & Design
What Happens:
Visionary drafts a 5-part email sequence aligned with that month’s campaign goal.
Apply your brand voice, tone, and visual cues
Email is formatted and styled for desktop + mobile readability
Client Responsibilities:
Review draft email(s) and submit feedback within 3 business days
Provide any additional assets (images, updated links, etc.)
Estimated Timeline: Week 3
Focus: Tech Setup & Deliverability Prep
What Happens:
Email is loaded into your CRM
Test sends are performed for functionality and formatting
Audience segments or tags are applied
Scheduling and automation setup is completed
Client Responsibilities:
Review test send and formatting and approve or send edits within 3 business days of receiving.
Confirm the scheduling date or automation triggers
Note: This offer includes campaign integration only. Troubleshooting CRM platform issues or third-party integrations is not included.
Estimated Timeline: Week 4
Focus: Final Adjustments & Campaign Launch
What Happens:
One (1) round of final revisions implemented
Email is scheduled or automated inside CRM
Campaign is launched on the agreed-upon date
Client Responsibilities:
Submit final feedback within 3 business days
Approve email for launch
Each monthly cycle includes one (1) round of revisions on the campaign copy and one (1) round on CRM setup or formatting. Each monthly 5-part sequence is considered one complete campaign cycle and is subject to the standard revision limits outlined above.
Revision feedback must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.
If no feedback is received by the deadline, campaigns will be considered approved and scheduled as-is.
Additional revisions or changes outside of scope are billed at $125/hour or scoped as a separate project.
Revisions and monthly strategy calls do not roll over month-to-month.
Reminder: Once campaigns are approved and scheduled, any changes or updates will be billed separately or added to the next month’s scope.
This offer requires a 12-month commitment. Early cancellations are subject to a termination fee equal to one (1) month of service. If you need to pause or delay your campaign temporarily, please notify us with at least 30 business days’ notice.
