The Ultimate Brand Style Guide

We can’t wait to get started on your project! Ahead, we’ve mapped out all the deliverables for this project so you know what you’ll be receiving, a list of brand assets that you’ll need to provide before we get started (see Client Responsibilities section), and the revision process so you can plan accordingly! This ensures every project is a major success from the start.  

SERVICE DELIVERABLES:

The Ultimate Brand Style Guide Agency to Create Brand Guidelines. 

Guidelines include (as applicable):  

  • Logos:
    • Horizontal, vertical, symbol/icon, (versions with/without), simplified versions; colored, black & white; show examples of how to use the logos, and how not to use the logos
  • Color palette
  • Typography
  • Brand icons (up to 12)
  • Social media post examples (3)
  • Ad examples (3)*
  • Stationary examples*
  • Branded Merchandise mock-ups*

*Print-ready files and layouts are available upon request for an à la carte upgrade.

PRE-PROJECT CONSULTATION

Agency shall provide Client with one Pre-Project consultation Zoom call. 

The Parties shall agree on an acceptable date and time for conducting the Pre-Project consultation via Zoom. This consultation may be scheduled no later than 10 business days from the day the client sends through first payment and agrees to the terms and conditions. 

COST

The total cost of all services Agency agrees to provide to Client on a monthly basis for the Ultimate Brand Style Guide (the “Total Cost”). Total Cost is inclusive of Agency’s Services, any setup time, and out-of-pocket costs,  administrative fees, assistance, and subcontractor costs.

Total Cost: $3,700.

 

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

In order for the Agency to get started, the client must provide all of brand assets within 7-days of the project start date.* This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Complete the Visionary Questionnaire (provided by Visionary Advantages via email once you sign up!)
  • All logo files (if applicable)
  • Photo Assets (including leadership headshots, if applicable)
  • Share Any Brand Requirements Up Front
  • Share Any Rules & Regulations Up Front

*The official project start date is the Visionary Kick-Off Call date. Visionary Advantage Team cannot start projects until all brand assets are received and access is granted across all necessary platforms. 

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

  • Logo Designs: The Agency will design and develop the logo based on the Visionary Kick-Off Call and Brand Questionnaire.
  • Designs will be shared with Client for review. 
  • Revisions: Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Client must submit revision requests and feedback within three business days of receiving logo designs. Once logo is approved, we will then move into the Brand Style Guide design process.
  • Color Palettes & Fonts: Once our team has created color palette and font options (we create 3 of each before sharing), we’ll share the options with the brand for approval. Up to one round of revisions. 
  • Remaining Brand Guide Design: Once logo, fonts, and colors are approved– our team will design the rest of the remaining elements of the brand style guide to bring it to life. At this phase, there cannot be any revisions or backtracking on the logo, font or colors. Major design changes (such as logo adjustments, color shifts, font changes) requires a separate scope of work.*
  • Final Review: Once all the brand style guide pages are developed, we’ll have a zoom call to review together for live feedback. You’ll have up to 2 rounds of revisions after the full brand style guide review meeting. The Client must submit all revision requests within five business days of receiving the complete design.

LATE REVISION REQUESTS

To keep everything on track, it’s important to submit revision requests by the agreed upon deadline for each milestone. 

Revisions received after the deadline will incur an additional fee of $100 for every 5 business days past the deadline. This helps us keep the project moving efficiently! For example, if your revision request is due by October 10th and we don’t receive feedback until October 15th, a $100 fee would be applied. If revisions are received after October 20th, the fee would increase to $200. 

Late revisions may also impact the overall project timeline, which will be discussed as needed. 

*Fees for late revisions will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

REVISION LIMITS AND FEES

For the Ultimate Brand Style Guide, we’ve outlined the revision limits for each design phase above—at no extra cost. If additional revisions are needed beyond these limits or if requests come in after the deadline, a fee of $125 per hour will apply. This ensures we stay on track, within scope, and deliver your project seamlessly and on time.
