Visionary Alumni: Web Maintenance Packages

To keep your website shining bright and working at its best, our Visionary Alumni packages are designed to take the tech weight off your shoulders. Below, you’ll find the full breakdown of what’s included in each maintenance package, how to submit requests, key terms, and important policies.

VISIONARY MANAGED HOSTING

With Visionary Managed Hosting, we’ve got you covered every step of the way:

  • Hosting & Monitoring: Your website stays up and running with smooth, reliable performance.

  • Software Updates: We keep your website apps updated behind the scenes.

  • Crash Support: If anything goes wrong, you’ll receive up to 2 hours of monthly maintenance to get your site back on track.*

  • Response Time for Crash Recovery: We prioritize emergency site crashes and aim to respond within 24 hours (weekdays).

 

Visionary Managed Hosting Total Cost: $154 per month. 

*No rollover of unused hours. 

VISIONARY WEB HELPER

Get peace of mind with Managed Hosting included, plus up to 5 website updates per month

Note: You’ll typically see your requested update completed within 3 business days. Larger or more complex requests may take longer, and we will notify you if additional time is required.

What’s Included:

  • Everything in Visionary Managed Hosting

  • Photo Swaps: We’ll swap out your provided images (no design work). Want a licensed image from us? It’s $35 per photo.

  • Text Updates: Simple copy revisions across your pages.

  • Web App Updates: We’ll help you keep event calendars, location widgets, and boards updated.

  • One update = one request. Example: 10 menu item updates = 10 update requests.

 

What’s Not Included:

  • New pages, full redesigns, photoshopping or design work, section buildouts, major color adjustments that affect the entire layout

  • Custom development, app integration or set-up, branding, copywriting, or consulting (requires separate scope)

Content Accuracy Disclaimer: Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all content submitted for website updates. Any resubmissions due to errors (e.g., typos, incorrect information, formatting changes, etc.) will count as additional update requests. Visionary Advantages is not responsible for correcting inaccurate or incomplete submissions.

Monthly Rate: $175 per month, 3-month minimum commitment.

Need additional updates? Enjoy discounted flat-rate updates at just $25 per request when subscribed.

*No rollovers for unused updates or hours. 

VISIONARY WEB HELPER PRO

Need more? The Pro plan includes up to 20 website updates per month and full Visionary Managed Hosting.

What’s Included:

  • Visionary Web Helper Pro includes everything in the Visionary Web Helper, with up to 20 updates per month instead of 5.

 

What’s Not Included:

  • Visionary Web Helper Pro has the same protocols and exclusions that the Visionary Web Helper outlines above.

Prefer pay-as-you-go? You can request web maintenance updates at any time.

Hourly Rate: $50 per hour for web maintenance updates aligned with the offerings above.

HOW TO REQUEST WEB MAINTENANCE EDITS:

When you need website edits, you need them fast! That’s why we made it as simple as possible to make update requests. With our super handy Marketing Wand tool, you can submit your requests anytime. 

HERE is the Marketing Wand Webpage. You’ll find easy Video Instructions that show how to submit your requests.  

We use this tool for all website maintenance requests, both Visionary Web Helper subscriptions and à la carte.* 

How It Works:

  • Copy the Request Text from the Marketing Wand page.
  • Include Screenshots of where you want changes made.
  • Submit via the Marketing Wand portal.

 

Estimated Timeline:

You’ll typically see your requested update completed within 3 business days. Larger or more complex requests may take longer, and we will notify you if additional time is required.

*Note: We do not accept update requests via email, video call, or phone.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No Refunds / No Pro-Rating: Payments are non-refundable. Cancellations mid-month will not be pro-rated.

  • 30-Day Notice Required: Email your cancellation request to support@visionaryadvantages.com at least 30 days before your next billing cycle.

    Cancellations are only official once confirmed by our team.

  • Minimum Commitment Applies: A 3-month minimum is required for Visionary Web Helper & Visionary Web Helper Pro plans.

  • Final Requests: Any remaining updates must be submitted before your final billing cycle ends.

  • Downgrade Policy: You may request a downgrade to a lower plan, which will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. A $50 downgrade fee applies.

  • Reactivation Fee: If you cancel and later return, a $150 reactivation fee will apply to reinstate your service and integrations.
