Visionary Alumni: Web Maintenance Packages
In order to keep your website shining and at its best, our Visionary Alumni packages are here to take that tech-weight off your shoulders. Ahead, you’ll find a variety of options that will set you up for success and keep your branding shining online at all times, with the flexibility to update as you need to! Ahead you’ll find the details about each maintenance package, what’s included, how to submit requests, the terms and conditions, and policies.
VISIONARY HOSTING
With Visionary Hosting, we’ve got you covered every step of the way. We host your site, ensuring it stays up and running smoothly—no crashes, no worries. We also keep your website apps updated, so everything works seamlessly. And if the unexpected happens and your site does crash, we’re here to help with up to 2 hours of maintenance each month* to get you back on track.
Visionary Hosting Total Cost: $54 per month.
*No rollovers.
VISIONARY WEB HELPER
- With the Visionary Web Helper, you get that peace of mind with our Visionary Hosting included, plus up to 5 website updates each month* when you need them fast with a 72-hour business day turnaround.
This includes:
- Visionary Hosting: if the unexpected happens and your site crashes, we’re here to help with up to 2 hours of maintenance each month* to get you back on track.
- Photo Swaps: Send us the images you’d like us to update (no original design work, just the photos), and we’ll give you access to our Marketing Wand so we can make it happen.
- Text Updates: Got a few text revisions? Send them through, and we’ll update it for you—simple as that.
- Web App Updates: From location widgets to event calendars and community boards, we’ll make sure all your web apps stay current and functional.
Not Included: New page designs, full website redesigns, custom development, or branding updates. These require a separate project scope.
Introductory Rate: $125 per month, 3-month minimum.
Standard Rate (after introductory period): $175 per month, 3-month minimum.
Need additional updates? Enjoy discounted flat-rate updates at just $25 per request when subscribed.
*No rollovers. The Introductory period lasts for 10 business days after your website project ends or when the Visionary Advantages team offers this package. On the 11th business day, the standard rate applies.
VISIONARY WEB HELPER PRO
The Visionary Web Helper Pro includes Visionary Hosting and up to 20 website updates each month.*
This includes:
- Visionary Hosting: if the unexpected happens and your site crashes, we’re here to help with up to 2 hours of maintenance each month* to get you back on track.
- Photo Swaps: Send us the images you’d like us to update (no original design work, just the photos), and we’ll give you access to our Marketing Wand so we can make it happen.
- Text Updates: Got a few text revisions? Send them through, and we’ll update it for you—simple as that.
- Web App Updates: From location widgets to event calendars and community boards, we’ll make sure all your web apps stay current and functional.

Standard Rate (after introductory period): $350 per month, 3-month minimum.

À LA CARTE WEB EDITS
Standard Rate: $50 per hour for web maintenance updates outlined in the above offers.
HOW TO REQUEST WEB MAINTENANCE EDITS:
When you need website edits, you need them fast! That’s why we made it as simple as possible to make update requests. With our super handy Marketing Wand tool, you can submit your requests anytime.
We’ve outlined an easy-to-use template for your requests. Simply copy and paste the templated request verbiage, fill in the blanks with your content, and take a screenshot of where you want it to go.
- HERE is the Marketing Wand Template & Video Instructions that show how to submit your requests.
- You’ll see an update within 3 business days.
- We use this tool for all website update requests, both Visionary Web Helper subscriptions and à la carte.*
*We do not process website maintenance update requests via email, video call, or phone. If you have any questions about how to use the Marketing Wand, please email our team at support@visionaryadvantages.com.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- No Refunds, No Pro-Rating: Payments are non-refundable, and partial-month cancellations will not be pro-rated.
- 30-Day Written Notice Required: Clients must provide a written cancellation request at least 30 days before the Client’s next billing cycle. Please submit your notice to support@visionaryadvantages.com. Do not consider your account cancelled until you receive an email from our team confirming receipt of cancellation.
- Minimum Commitment Applies: Clients on the Visionary Web Helper or Visionary Web Helper Pro plans must fulfill the three-month minimum term before cancellation is allowed.
- Final Maintenance Requests: Any remaining update requests must be submitted before the cancellation notice period ends. No updates will be processed after the final billing cycle.
- Downgrading to a Lower Plan: Clients may request to downgrade their plan, but changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. A $50 downgrade fee applies.
- Reactivation Fee: If a client cancels and later wishes to resume service, client will be subject to a $150 reactivation fee to reinstate their account and update website integrations.
