We can’t wait to get started on your project! Ahead, we’ve mapped out all the deliverables for this project so you know what you’ll be receiving, a list of the brand assets that you’ll need to provide before we get started (see Client Responsibilities section), phases and the revision process so you can plan accordingly! This ensures every project is a major success from the start.

PRE-PROJECT CONSULTATION
Agency shall provide Client with one Visionary Kick-off Call Strategy session.
The Parties shall agree on an acceptable date and time for conducting the pre-project consultation via Zoom. This consultation may be scheduled no later than 10 business days from the day the client sends through first payment and agrees to the terms and conditions.
COST
The total cost of all services Agency agrees to provide to Client on a monthly basis for Visionary Essentials (the “Total Cost”). Total Cost is inclusive of Agency’s Services, any setup time, and out-of-pocket costs, administrative fees, assistance, and subcontractor costs.
One-Time Set-up Fee: $500
Monthly Cost: $585 per month, for a 3 month minimum commitment.
In order for the Agency to get started, the client must provide all of brand assets within 7-days of the project start date.*
This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
*The official project start date is the Visionary Kick-Off Call date. Visionary Advantage Team cannot start projects until all brand assets are received and access is granted across all necessary platforms.
To help you track where we are in your project and know what’s expected when, here’s a phase-by-phase breakdown of the Visionary Essentials experience. This structure keeps everything on track so we can create magic without delay!
Phase Completion Process: Each phase is broken down to ensure we’re all on the same page and remain within our project’s goal timeline.
Once a phase is complete, the projects within that phase and revision rounds are considered approved and completed. However, if change requests are made after they have already been approved and considered complete, the new revisions will be charged at our $85 hourly rate.

When & how will I receive the content for review every month?
We have an easy, collaborative Google document that a team member will email you every month with the new content, ready for review. In the email, we will let you know when your revision notes/approval is due. We aim to send these out between the 20-25th each month (date varies due to weekends, holidays, extra behind-the-scenes revisions to make sure it’s perfect for you!)
How do I submit revision requests?
Great question! You can type directly on the easy, collaborative Google document that we’ll email you every month. The document has side-by-side columns that show the captions and graphics that are ready for your review. Right beside the content is a column for your revision notes. You can type directly on the document, and we’ll take care of the edits from there!
What happens if I miss the revision window and the content auto-posts, but I later want something changed?
Once content is approved or auto-approved and scheduled, any requested changes after that point would require a new scope of work and will be billed at our standard $85/hour rate.
What if I have revision requests after the 3-business day deadline?
If more revisions are needed, or requests come in after the deadline, a fee of $85 per hour will be applied to ensure we’re collectively staying within scope and delivering your project smoothly and on time.
How will I receive the monthly social media report?
We’ll email you the report within the first week of the new month.
Can we review the monthly social media report on a call?
The Visionary Essentials social media package does not include a monthly review call.
We offer monthly review calls in The Visionary Advantage & The Visionary Advantage Pro social media packages and also offer Visionary Strategy Sessions, which can be found on our Visionary Consulting Services.
To keep everything on track, it’s important to submit revision requests by the agreed-upon deadline for each milestone.
You’ll receive up to 2 rounds of revisions during your first month in the Visionary Essentials program.
For ongoing months after, 1 round of revisions is included at no additional cost. If more revisions are needed, or requests come in after the deadline, a fee of $85 per hour will be applied to ensure we’re collectively staying within scope and delivering your project smoothly and on time.
Approval Timelines: The Client must submit all revision requests within three business days of receiving the completed assets. After this, the content will be auto-approved to move forward to schedule and post.
Late revisions may also impact the overall project timeline, which will be discussed as needed.
*Fees for additional or late revisions will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
The Visionary Essentials package is a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial 3-month term, services will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in writing. Due to the customized nature of this work and the significant time investment, no refunds will be provided once the current month’s work is underway. Cancellations must be submitted via email to brandie@visionaryadvantages.com at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
