Visionary Essentials

We can’t wait to get started on your project! Ahead, we’ve mapped out all the deliverables for this project so you know what you’ll be receiving, a list of the brand assets that you’ll need to provide before we get started (see Client Responsibilities section), and the revision process so you can plan accordingly! This ensures every project is a major success from the start.  

SERVICE DELIVERABLES:

Visionary Essentials includes:

Visionary Kick-Off Call Strategy Session (1)

Creative Brief Creation (1): Up to 2 rounds of revisions.*

2 Professional Social Media Posts Weekly on the following platforms:

  • Facebook (1)
  • Instagram (1)
  • Linkedin (1)

This includes: 

  • Graphic Design (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)**
  • Caption Copywriting (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)
  • Done for You Scheduling + Posting! 

Hashtag Report (1)

Monthly Social Media Report (1)

**Static social media graphics only. Animation and Video content available upon request à la carte.

PRE-PROJECT CONSULTATION

Agency shall provide Client with one Visionary Kick-off Call Strategy session. 

The Parties shall agree on an acceptable date and time for conducting the pre-Service consultation via Zoom. This consultation may be scheduled no later than 10 business days from the day the client sends through first payment and agrees to the terms and conditions. 

COST

The total cost of all services Agency agrees to provide to Client on a monthly basis for Visionary Essentials (the “Total Cost”). Total Cost is inclusive of Agency’s Services, any setup time, and out-of-pocket costs,  administrative fees, assistance, and subcontractor costs.

One-Time Set-up Fee: $500

Monthly Cost: $585 per month, for a 3 month minimum. 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

In order for the Agency to get started, the client must provide all of brand assets within 7-days of the project start date.* This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Complete the Visionary Questionnaire (provided by Visionary Advantages via email once you sign up!)
  • Brand Guidelines 
  • All logo files
  • Brand Colors 
  • Brand Fonts
  • Brand Graphics 
  • Photo Assets (including leadership headshots, if applicable)
  • Full Admin Access to Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin
  • Share Any Brand Requirements Up Front
  • Share Any Rules & Regulations Up Front

*The official project start date is the Visionary Kick-Off Call date. Visionary Advantage Team cannot start projects until all brand assets are received and access is granted across all necessary platforms. 

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

  • Social Media Design: The Agency will design and develop assets based on the Onboarding Questionnaire & kick-off call.
  • Initial Review: We will review the Social Media Creative Brief design together for feedback. 
  • Revisions: Includes one round of revisions. Client must submit revision requests and feedback within three business days of receiving designs.
  • Development of Remaining Pages: Once Social Media Creative Brief is finalized, the Agency will design the monthly content based on the approved creative brief.
  • Monthly Social Media Review: After social media posts are ready each month, the Agency will share the posts with the Client for review. This includes one-round of revisions upon request. Revision requests to be submitted via the collaboration document we will send you each month.
  • Approval Timelines: The Client must submit all revision requests within five business days of receiving the completed assets. After this, the content will be auto-approved for our team to move forward to schedule and post. 

LATE REVISION REQUESTS, REVISION LIMITS, & FEES

To keep everything on track, it’s important to submit revision requests by the agreed-upon deadline for each milestone. 

We include 1 round of revisions per design phase at no additional cost once we are past the social media creative brief phase. If more revisions are needed or requests come in after the deadline, a fee of $125 per hour will be applied to ensure we’re collectively staying within scope and delivering your project smoothly and on time. Late revisions may also impact the overall project timeline, which will be discussed as needed. 

*Fees for late revisions will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
